  We have just had a Kitchen fitted by Furniture Components U.K. and we can say that the whole experience from first visiting their showroom, meeting the staff and being assisted through various design options offered to us. Jamie and the staff were brilliant from start to finish in discussing and assessing our needs and requirements from our thoughts through to visual conceptual computer design options to installation. The personal touches and the overall management of the project was completely overseen by Jamie and we had little to do other than see the kitchen that we previously had metamorphose to a truly fabulous and very functional kitchen of great quality. We have no qualms in stating how happy we are with the final and beautifully completed Kitchen we now have.

  A relative of mine was treated appallingly. Most of the work she paid for, in advance I may add was not to the specifications as agreed. Once this was pointed out to the manager the attitude she received was one of disdain and blatant disregard of her basic consumer rights and more importantly, the dignity and courtesy she deserved. I highly recommend that potential future customers look elsewhere or at the very least, check the credentials of the employees completing the workmanship.
